🚨 An Urgent Appeal to the International Community, NGOs, and the Government of Malaysia 🇲🇾.
In the heart of despair, the Rohingya refugee community once again raises its voice_a voice of pain, hope, and humanity. We are calling upon the international community, human rights organizations, and the Government of Malaysia to hear our urgent.
Thousands of Rohingya men, women, and children remain trapped in detention centers across Malaysia_held for months, and in some cases, years_without freedom, justice, or hope. These people are not criminals; they are victims of genocide, survivors of persecution, and seekers of safety.
To the UNHCR, we say: We need your voice, we need your protection, we need your urgent action.
Please advocate for the immediate release of all Rohingya detainees from Malaysia’s detention centers. Every single day in detention is another day of suffering for innocent people whose only “crime” was fleeing violence and seeking refuge.
To the Government of Malaysia, we ask with respect and compassion:
Please open your hearts. Please end the detention of Rohingya refugees. Treat them with the dignity and mercy that reflect Malaysia’s long history of compassion and leadership in the Muslim world.
The Rohingya people have endured unimaginable pain_statelessness, persecution, and displacement _yet they still hold hope that humanity will prevail.
We call upon the OIC, ASEAN leaders, the United Nations, and all humanitarian organizations to stand in solidarity, raise their voices, and work together for justice and freedom.
Every life matters. Every refugee deserves safety and dignity.
It is time to act_not tomorrow, not someday, but now.
